My pottery is functional in nature, including: mugs, bowls, plates, platters, pitchers, and the occasional teapot or casserole dish.

Though much of my work has simple, clean lines, I also enjoy embellishing pottery with carved swirls or zig zags on the exterior, or by altering the rims of bowls such that they resemble ocean waves. 

 

My pottery is fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln and is food and dishwasher safe.
